Getting Back to Blogging!!!

It's been 4 years since I last posted!!  Wow, I can't believe how much has happened since I last posted which was seriously four years ago.  We've welcomed another baby boy to our family.  Kash is now 2 1/2 years old so needless to say, I have lots of catching up to do.

Today I spent two hours just doing updating to our profile and redoing the background of this page.  With little time left to spend blogging, I thought I post some random photo's of the boys.

Hi-TOO...........

Taylor had their annual Fly-In which we attend every year. So many helicoptors and planes fly in, vendors, arts and crafts booths, fattening food etc. All three boys (Daddy, Kade & Kole) have a great time. We get there bright and early, start out with a BANG and within two hours, we can't wait to get them into the car!!! This year Kade and Kole were more aware and noticed people were taking rides on the helicoptor which got their attention. Coco insisted as he kept saying "get on Hi-TOO mum-mum). So daddy emptied his wallet (and I do mean EMPTIED) and off they went for a ride on the Hi-TOO.

Where does the time go....

I started this blog long ago with good intentions, now two years and another son later I'm starting backing up.  Everyday is so hectic and filled with tons of things to do and life just simply goes by to fast.  I have to do better at documenting my sweet boys, their pictures, videos and all the precious things that roll right off their tongues :)

I guess this blog is more of a commitment to myself.  I HAVE TO BE A BETTER BLOGGER!!!!!!

Lets see...I'll do a quick recap each night with short blogs with the last years worth of pictures as a way to catch up!

Ribbit...ribbit...ribbit.........

What an imagination :)

Doing our part...GOING GREEN!

There isn't much around our house that Kade and Kole can't turn into a vehicle. The city of Pflugerville dropped off the new recycling bins today and the boys went wild. You would think they just got a brand new hotwheels.........nope........it's just another trash bin :)

Push daddy...push :)

Can anyone guess where Kade is?

Kade stops to say cheese for the camera while Coco
expresses his excitment in other ways!

Colorado Trip for Mom & Dad

This picture as in the backyard of the cabin we were staying in. The snow was knee deep.
My handsome snow bunny :)

Not sure about this little guy. He was sweet and playful and joined us for all outside activities :)
Gabe and I laying down in the snow!

Well this post isn't about the boys...but about a trip for mom and dad that was long over due. Gabe and I decided to take a trip and leave the boys with Grandma :) We flew out on a Thursday morning and landed in CO by 10AM and had a 2 hour drive to Alma (the little town we stayed in). As it would turn out, Alma is 12k feet up in the mountains and Gabe and I took turns with bouts of elevation sickness. On a more positive note, it snowed the entire time we were there...it was amazing and so beautiful!!!!! We were scheduled to stay four days but after two nights of feeling like our heads were going to burst (from the elevation sickness) and our hearts were going to beat out of chests, we decided "home" sounded pretty good! Saturday morning we got up, loaded the car and headed back to Brackenridge. We ate breakfast and then Gabe went skiing for 3 hours while I sat around reading waiting to see him tumble down a black diamond :) We then took off and headed for the airport where we luckily got out on an 8pm flight. We arrived home by 10:30pm and it was so awesome to see Kade and Kole. Overall the trip was a nice get away but it's always nice to get back home to my little rug rats :)

Christmas 2009

My goodness...I am so far behind on blogging but I'm excited to get the Christmas pictures up...even if they are 3 months late. We're lucky and get to celebrate Christmas in three different places. The boys don't mind one bit, at this age it just means more presents and more toys to take home :)

Family Picture @ Christmas 2010

I thought these two pictures were the sweetest ever. This is at the ranch under Granny Jeans tree. Christmas day was almost over and Granny, Gabe and I were sitting at the dinning room table visiting while Kade and Kole peacefully enjoyed the Christmas tree lights in the game room.

Christmas socks!
"Come on Dole...I show you Tristmas Tree ":)

Kade is showing the bear and Kole the Christmas tree lights.

Look Mr. Bear!
Kade is so excited about the Christmas tree. Everytime someone comes over, he insists on taking them into the office to show them the lights. Kole loves the lights but isn't too sure what it's all about yet.

Kade's Very First Hair Cut

Here is a before picture.........
And here is our new little man :)

WOW..I'm still trying to get used to it myself!

Just Handsome.
Gabe and I have talked about it, put it off, talked about it and put it off again and again:) The final decission came after 3 people told me how cute "SHE" was within the last two weeks. It didn't matter what he was wearing, he was still mistaken for a cute little girl with big curls!!!!! I woke up one morning and said "Kade, lets cut your hair today". I put him in the highchair and fed him suckers to keep him still and AWAY WE CUT one curl at a time :( I figured he was due his first hair cut after two and half years. It was definatly a bitter sweet moment..........

and more birthday pictures................

Catch me if you can!!
I like to stand up and drive so I can see where I'm heading.

Oh how we love cake.

Anyone who thinks this was easy....think again! Keeping 10 toddlers still at one time :):):):)

Papa and the boys. Kade knows exactly who his papa is...Kole isn't so sure yet :)

Kole opening his gifts and Kade is steeling them as quickly as he can.

Mindi, Aunt Velma, Meme and Aunt Tonya....doing cake duty.

YEAH...more of this fun paper. I can't wait to rip it up into a million pieces.

FINALLY....KOLE'S BIRTHDAY PARTY!!!

Not so interested in cake when I have a big cookie in hand.

We tried so hard to get all the cousins in one picture..not the easiest job.

Oh how we love the bubbles...more please!!!!!!

Not a bad tastin cake but I'd like my cookie back now :)

Kole and Meme.

Thanks for the new set of wheels Mom and Dad!

We had to work around several other birthdays but were finally able to celebrate Kole's first birthday. We had a Elmo cake and Jason's Deli and lots of bubbles for all the kiddo's. I think Kade loved the party more than Kole did. Kole had to fight big brother off of all his new toys...mainly the new hot-rod!!!!! As you can see in the pictures, Kole couldn't wait for daddy to put it together. Thank You to all our family and friends for making Kole's birthday a truly special day!!!!!!
